2022 is a special vintage, our majority crop was destroyed by a sudden hail early in the season. We managed to second pruned our vines and produced some high quality limited quantity wines. Hand-picked and coupled with low intervention winemaking.
22 months oak maturation in a combination of new and seasoned french hogsheads (300L).
Soft and elegance Eden Valley Shiraz. Good balance of black and red fruits, plum, liquorice and hint of herbs and earth. Very graceful and stylish finish which is definitely a special taste of this special vintage of the vineyard.
