As our signature wine we have established five different clones of Eden Valley Shiraz in our single vineyard and reworked the vineyard to best express the clonal characteristics of each selection. Produced in limited quantities, hand-picked and coupled with low intervention winemaking to express the soil and site of our unique vineyard.
Generous, expressive and mouth-filling. Resonant fruit flavours of pure plum, black cherry, summer berries and fragrant, crunchy hightones of mulberry and cranberry. Hints of black licorice, anise and French oak notes.
