The Reward Reserve Shiraz is represented by the best Shiraz barrels of the vintage. Single Vineyard of Heathvale in Keyneton, Eden Valley of Barossa. Produced in limited quantities, hand-picked and coupled with low intervention winemaking to express the soil and site of our unique vineyard.
18 months oak maturation in a combination of new and seasoned french barriques (225L) and french hogsheads (300L).
40 months in bottle maturation before released.
Full bodied yet elegance Eden Valley Shiraz. Deep black fruits, plum, mulberry and licorice, hint of dark chocolate and coffee. A long generous finish with a good balance.
