The Witness – A quietly observed act of faith, Riesling is Eden Valley’s most reliable account of site and season.
Our Riesling vines are planted on an east-facing, lean stretch of soil on our home estate. The low-yielding vineyard is planted with four different clones to promote diversity in the field and complexity in the final wine.
The palate is concentrated with lemon zest and lime leading to a delicately weighted mid-palate. Crisp and refined acidity with juicy fruit and mineral lingering in the mouth.
