The Reward Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is represented by the best Cabernet barrels of the vintage. Single Vineyard of Heathvale in Keyneton, Eden Valley of Barossa. Produced in limited quantities, hand-picked and coupled with low intervention winemaking to express the soil and site of our unique vineyard.
18 months oak maturation in a combination of new and seasoned french barriques (225L) and french hogsheads (300L).
40 months in bottle maturation before released.
Full-bodied, rich and concentrated. Complex and finely structured with layers of dark berries, plum, dark chocolate and spices. Elegant acidity and tannins leading to a long fine beautiful finish.
